What would you do?
Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines
1. Conduct external sourcing by mining the existing talent pool and candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements
2. Perform data mining for additional candidates and new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest
Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market
Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. What are we looking for?
Primary skill - Talent Identification - P5
5-8 yrs Total Years of Experience
Excellent Written communication Skills
US & Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have
Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails
Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions. Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines
1. Conduct external sourcing by mining the existing talent pool and candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements
2. Perform data mining for additional candidates and new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions
3. Support candidate intake using electronic phone or paper methods and process electronic candidate profiles and applications
4. Develop a list of candidates to be screened pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate
