Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP ABAP Cloud applications.
Ability to integrate SAP ABAP Cloud solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
