We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and brand positioning. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, digital storytelling and audience engagement, preferably with experience in hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns and brand communication.
Coordinate with creative teams, photographers and videographers to produce engaging content.
Manage social media platforms, community engagement and audience growth.
Track performance metrics and optimise content based on analytics.
Identify relevant trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Support influencer collaborations, digital campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in social media marketing.
Experience with hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or F&B brands will be preferred.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
Strong copywriting, communication and content planning skills.
Excellent understanding of Instagram trends, reels and digital storytelling.
Creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
