Restaurant Manager

We are looking for the best F&D Supervisor to join our team at OXBO, our new restaurant ! OXBO is where nature meets the table. We champion locally sourced ingredients from passionate farmers and producers, creating a menu that’s fresh, sustainable, and packed with flavor. Who are we looking for?
We seek an inspirational leader with a passion for food and beverage and at least two years’ experience in a similar role. International experience in both hotel and Hight volumes trendy restaurant is a plus.

A commercial mindset, with a proven track record in driving revenue and profitability.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching and team development.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging guests, team members, and key stakeholders.
A customer-focused approach, dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the resilience to thrive under pressure.
A solid grasp of digital marketing and F&D systems, with proficiency in XN POS.
Swiss and UE Passeport.

What will I be doing ?
Drive Commercial Performance in connection with the F&D manager
Lead the restaurant’s business strategy, ensuring strong financial performance and guest satisfaction in connection with the F&D Manager
Collaborate with the Commercial & Marketing team to boost visibility through marketing and social media.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting, optimizing revenue and controlling costs.
Manage reservations efficiently to maximize covers and revenue.
