Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Financial Data Analyst, you will turn messy financial data into clean, reliable insight, automating reporting and digging into the trends behind the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Automation
Build and maintain queries, pipelines, and financial datasets
Automate recurring reports and reduce manual work
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and consistency
Analysis & Insight
Build dashboards that track revenue, cost, and key metrics
Run deep-dive analysis to answer leadership questions
Ideal Candidate Profile
1 to 5 years in financial, data, or business analysis
Hands-on with SQL and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Comfortable working with large datasets and spotting patterns
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Exposure to Python or scripting for data work
A finance, analytics, or quantitative background
