Dune bills most market entry projects in phases, and many clients pay by international wire from the Gulf or Europe. Each payment has to be matched to the right phase and every late one followed up.
You prepare invoices when a phase is approved, apply payments, chase overdue invoices by email and phone, reconcile receivables with the bank each week and send the monthly aging report to the finance lead.
What you need:
some experience in AR, billing or collections, internships includedQuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuiteExcel filters and pivot tablesforeign currency payments or Bill.com would help
