About the Role and Team
Uber's Commercial Sales Enablement team supports our multi-billion dollar Delivery business, including Uber Eats, Grocery & Retail, Direct, and Uber Advertising. We equip our sales teams with the capabilities, tools, insights, and processes needed to increase seller and account manager productivity, accelerate growth, and improve merchant outcomes.
As the Senior Sales Enablement Associate – Scaled GTM Communications & Learning, you will own the execution and continuous improvement of scalable communications and learning programs supporting our global commercial organization. You will translate product, policy, process, and technology changes into clear, actionable enablement experiences that help sellers stay informed, prepared, and productive.
In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Silver and Bronze tier GTM initiatives, leveraging established GTM intake, tiering, and delivery frameworks to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality execution.
Beyond delivery, you will play an important role in evolving how scaled enablement operates. You will evaluate emerging technologies, experiment with AI-powered solutions, and recommend new tools, processes, and approaches that improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of communications and learning at scale.
This role requires someone who combines strong execution with curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be comfortable challenging existing ways of working, testing new ideas, and translating innovation into practical, measurable improvements while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.
What You'll Do

Drive global seller communications: Develop, coordinate, and execute scaled GTM communications across global commercial audiences, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, timely, and relevant. Manage communication calendars, publishing cadences, and stakeholder approvals to create a consistent seller experience.
Build scalable learning solutions: Design, develop, and deploy lightweight learning experiences, including microlearning, self-paced modules, videos, job aids, and knowledge resources that accelerate seller readiness and support adoption while minimizing disruption to selling time.
Champion AI and emerging technology: Explore, evaluate, and pilot AI-powered tools, automation, and emerging technologies that improve content development, communications, learning experiences, and operational productivity. Recommend new solutions based on demonstrated effectiveness, scalability, and measurable value, and implement approved improvements within established governance.
Evolve enablement processes and approaches: Critically assess existing GTM workflows, delivery methods, and content practices to identify opportunities for simplification and innovation. Propose, test, and implement improved approaches that reduce manual effort, accelerate time to market, and enhance the quality and consistency of scaled enablement.
Partner across the commercial organization: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and regional Enablement teams to understand GTM requirements, validate content accuracy, coordinate launch readiness, and support localization where required.
Leverage enablement technology and data: Utilize platforms including Seismic, Salesforce, Tableau, and emerging AI tools to improve content accessibility, learning engagement, delivery efficiency, and seller adoption. Use data and feedback to evaluate existing solutions, validate new approaches, and inform recommendations for improvement.
Drive operational excellence and accountability: Maintain visibility of Silver and Bronze initiative pipelines, delivery timelines, dependencies, and outcomes. Proactively identify risks, manage competing priorities, communicate progress, and continuously improve the effectiveness of scaled enablement delivery.
