We are looking for a talented Backend Developer (Golang) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and build high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs that power Airlearn's platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight our users.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Golang.
Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security across systems.
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to define and deliver features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Golang.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with Kubernetes.
Exposure to message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
