Full Stack Developer

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Full Stack Development:
Lead design and implementation of backend systems using C#, ASP. NET /. NET Core, RESTful Web APIs.
Build scalable, maintainable data access layers using Entity Framework (or similar ORM).
Drive front-end development using ReactJS: component design, state management, responsive UI, integration with backend APIs.
Architecture and Design:
Define system architecture: choosing between monolithic vs microservices, deciding on module boundaries, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Ensure good OOP design, SOLID principles, and design patterns as applicable.
Automation and Testing:
Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests; ensure code coverage and code quality.

Product and Delivery:
Participate in the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor juniors and possibly lead small teams or take technical ownership of modules.
Performance, Security, Code Quality:
Benchmarking, optimizing performance (backend and frontend), tuning queries, and reducing latency.
Ensuring security best practices (authentication/authorization, data protection, API security).
Implement code reviews, maintain documentation, and adhere to version control practices.
Other Responsibilities:
Keeping up with new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices in. NET, React, and automation.
Supporting deployment processes; possibly CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to process improvements (e. g., DevOps, architecture reviews, test automation frameworks).
Requirements:
12-15 years of experience in software engineering, specifically full-stack with. NET / C# backend and ReactJS frontend.
Hands-on experience with UI Automation (e. g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. ).
Deep understanding of ASP. NET /. NET Core, Web API development.
Experience working with microservices, Docker/containerization, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Strong experience with Entity Framework (or equivalent ORM), database design (SQL, possibly NoSQL).
Experience leading technical teams, mentoring juniors, code/design review, Object-Oriented Programming principles, and SOLID design patterns.
Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
ReactJS: building UI components, state management, integrating APIs, and good front-end architecture.
Exposure to product life-cycle / agile development, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
Graduation degree in Computer Science or related field (B. E/B. Tech / MCA, etc. ).
Exposure to cloud-based architectures, real-time data, and analytics pipelines.
