We're at an inflexion point where the right infra decisions will compound for years. You'll build and scale the systems every engineer depends on from zero to production. Whether you're hands-on (SDE2) or driving architecture (SDE3), this is a high-ownership, zero-to-one platform role.
Responsibilities:
Build and scale cloud infrastructure from scratch.
Define platform architecture, observability, and deployment standards.
Automate service onboarding (IaC, CI/CD, self-serve systems).
Design resilient systems, DR, failover, security, and recovery.
Optimise cloud cost, performance, and reliability.
Work on advanced platform capabilities (canary deploys, AI-driven tooling, infra automation).
Requirements:
Strong experience in distributed systems and microservices in production.
Hands-on ownership of infra/platform systems end-to-end.
Solid fundamentals in networking, cloud, and system design.
Proficiency in Go or Python.
Engineers who move fast, think in systems, and raise the bar.
