What You Need To Have
Minimum 6+ years professional experience building applications.
Strong proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred). Familiarity with Vue or Angular acceptable.
Strong server-side experience with Node.js (NestJS or Express). TypeScript experience strongly preferred.
Practical experience with MongoDB (or other document DBs) and data modeling.
Familiarity with Python for scripting or ML integration.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web security best practices.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS preferred/Azure) and basic infra-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation) concepts.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and integrating LLMs into applications.

Hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills and ability to own features end-to-end.

Production experience with Kubernetes, AWS services (S3, Lambdas, SQS, IAM), or equivalent cloud tooling.
Experience with document ingestion pipelines and unstructured data storage (PDF/text ingestion, OCR, parsing).
Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and using vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS).
Experience deploying and monitoring LLM-based features: model selection, cost control, rate limiting, caching, observability.
Familiarity with LLM frameworks/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama-family) and embeddings workflows.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, observability (logs/metrics/tracing), reliability, and cost optimization.
