Responsibilities:
Perform accurate digital take-offs and quantity measurements using CostX, AutoCAD, or MudShark.
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with NRM2 CESMM4 and other UK-standard methods of measurement.
Analyze construction drawings and specifications to ensure precise quantity estimation.
Support cost estimation, tender preparation, and project documentation.
Coordinate with project teams to maintain accuracy and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, or MudShark.
Strong understanding of NRM2 CESMM4 and UK quantity surveying standards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and time management abilities.
