Responsibilities:
Manage business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
Assist with testing, releases, and production support.
Support Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation modules.
Support SuccessFactors integrations with SAP and third-party systems.
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Requirements:
Familiarity with CPI, OData, SFAPI, or SuccessFactors integrations.
Experience with MDF objects, business rules, and workflows.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong troubleshooting and support skills.
Knowledge of role-based permissions and data models.
