Lead Applied Data Scientist

We're hiring a Lead Applied Data Scientist with 4.6-7 years of experience to join a global, data-driven organization transforming how businesses leverage customer analytics and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business challenges.
Build predictive models and customer analytics solutions that drive business impact.
Translate business problems into scalable data science solutions.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Work on end-to-end model development, validation, deployment, and optimization.
Requirements:
4.6-7 years of experience in applied data science / machine learning.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL (mandatory).
Experience with PySpark is a plus.
Solid foundation in traditional data science and machine learning techniques.
Strong expertise in customer segmentation, predictive analytics, customer behavior analytics, pricing analytics, promotional strategy analytics, decision trees, regression analysis, classification models, and time series forecasting.
Experience in statistical modeling and solving real-world business problems.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
