SAP HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Time Management processes, including work schedules, absences, attendances, and quotas.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP HCM solutions.
Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).
Assist with payroll cycles, testing, issue resolution, and statutory reporting activities.
Support payroll processing, payroll configuration, and HR master data maintenance.
Requirements:
Experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, production support, testing, and issue resolution.
Good understanding of Time Management and payroll processes.
Knowledge of India payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).
Familiarity with payroll configuration, wage types, or payroll processing.
