Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Team Lead to manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to drive financial planning initiatives while supporting business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Lead the FP& A function and manage end-to-end financial planning processes.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and dashboards.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial requirements and improve profitability.
Support financial reviews, business case preparation, and investment analysis.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
Drive process improvements and automation within FP& A activities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess any of the following: B. Com, BBA, M. Com, MBA (Finance), CA.
8-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or business finance.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
Experience leading finance teams and working with global stakeholders is preferred.
Client-facing experience is highly desirable.
