Responsibilities:
Configure and support Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements.
Configure supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, staffing models, and organizational structures.
Support configuration of Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, or Time Tracking modules.
Configure business processes, approvals, notifications, and security settings.
Participate in testing, deployments, production support, and Workday release activities.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Core HCM configuration.
Experience configuring supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, or staffing models.
Familiarity with Workday business processes and security groups.
Experience with at least one functional area such as Absence, Compensation, or Time Tracking.
