Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder.
Create and manage email campaigns using Email Studio.
Develop and maintain dynamic email content using AMPscript.
Create and manage Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and Automation Studio workflows.
Support campaign testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Email Studio.
Experience using AMPscript for dynamic email content and personalisation.
Familiarity with Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and audience segmentation.
