As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
A 15-year full-time education is required.
