New Product Introduction Manager

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), New Product Launch, Product Lifecycle Management and PMO-led product execution. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving new product introduction and launch activities, working closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and business functions.
Responsibilities:
Drive and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from initiation through product launch.
Manage new product launch/product introduction projects and ensure timely execution of project milestones.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management and Operations.
Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
Support end-to-end product lifecycle management from development/introduction through launch and transition.
Manage project governance, status reporting, dashboards and stakeholder communication.
Identify project risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
Coordinate supply chain readiness and product launch execution activities.
Monitor launch schedules, deliverables and overall project performance.
Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, process adherence and project governance.
Work in a US-shift environment with global stakeholders.
