This role goes beyond building screens; it's about creating reliable, scalable product experiences that retailers depend on daily. You will drive features from problem statement to launch, instrument and monitor funnels, maintain data quality, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Ops and QA to deliver a reliable, high-performing app experience.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Own features end to end:
Own Retailer App features from problem definition to launch.
Convert business problems into clear PRDs with defined scope, flows, edge cases, and success metrics.
Track funnels and measure impact:
Define critical analytics events so funnels and adoption are measurable from Day 1
Track key funnels (search order, new user repeat) using Mixpanel.
Analyse drop-offs and post-launch impact to drive iterations.
Own app OMS integrations:
Understand app integrations with OMS, payments, and inventory.
Ensure accuracy of order statuses, pricing, inventory, and payment states in the app.
Drive retention and engagement:
Partner with Business and Growth teams to improve repeat usage.
Support experiments on nudges, offers, UX, and communication.
Ensure delivery and quality:
Align with Engineering, Design, and Business on scope, dependencies, and releases.
Own delivery checklists and conduct Product and Business UAT with QA.
Stay close to user issues:
Track and prioritise user issues from support channels.
AGRIM
Drive resolution and feed learnings back into the product.
Requirements:
Min 3 years of experience in Product Management.
Track record of shipping features end-to-end.
Comfort with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, or similar) and Excel and SQL/Python to be able to read funnels and translate them into actions.
Solid understanding (or strong interest) in how mobile apps, APIs, OMS and backend systems work together.
Clear, structured communication and documentation skills (PRDs, flows, checklists).
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and handle trade-offs calmly and transparently.
Comfort working with QA, UAT processes and data quality initiatives.
