Responsibilities:
Application Support and Enhancement:
Analyse the requirements, seek clarifications, contribute to good acceptance criteria, estimate, and be committed.
Lookout for providing the best possible customer support by troubleshooting, resolving production incidents and eliminating the problems from the root level.
Work on enhancement requests from customers and be able to provide technical solutions in the application.
Expected to improve, enhance, and support existing operations.
Collaborates with business partners to meet client needs.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
Conduct root cause analysis, implement necessary fixes, and ensure the stability and performance of systems.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and technical specifications.
Create and maintain integration knowledge repositories to provide guidance and support.
Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer in developing enterprise-scale applications.
Experience in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
Experience with Frontend Technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience in developing web services using HTTP REST/JSON.
Experience in Scripting for Adobe Analytics would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in Git, containerization, and orchestration (Docker).
Knowledge of database management and optimisation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalise requirements and work with end users/customers.
Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities are dynamic.
Good understanding of database concepts.
