CMS Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced CMS Specialist to support the implementation of a new portal. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Contentful, with a proven track record in content modeling, security, general consulting, and best practices.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Content Modelling:
Design and develop advanced content models tailored to complex business requirements.
Demonstrate a history of optimizing content structures for scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content models are robust and future-proof.
Skillfully model content around existing frontend components to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Develop innovative solutions to work effectively within a limited number of available content types, ensuring maximum flexibility and usability.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and maintain cutting-edge security measures to safeguard content and user data.
Conduct comprehensive security audits and assessments, with experience in addressing vulnerabilities.
Ensure strict compliance with international data protection regulations and standards (VAIT, DORA).
General Contentful Consulting:
Provide expert consulting services on advanced Contentful features and functionalities.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Guide organizations in optimizing workflows and maximizing CMS productivity.
Best Practices:
Share extensive insights and recommendations on industry-leading CMS implementation practices.
Train and mentor internal teams on leveraging Contentful to its full potential.
Document processes meticulously and create comprehensive guidelines for ongoing CMS management.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Headless CMS, including content modeling and management.
Successful implementation of an HTML renderer for a headless CMS.
Strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Must Have Skills:
Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: Headless and Data Modelling;
Strong expertise in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, and frameworks and
WebComponents for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Experience with CMS Platforms: Extensive experience with Contentful CMS and other headless CMS platforms for seamless integration and management of content.
Responsive Design: Ability to implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using Git for code management and collaboration within development teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers.
Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing frontend performance, including code minification, lazy loading, and efficient asset management.
Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of web security principles and practices, with a portfolio of successful implementations.
Nice-to-have Skills:
DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes and deployments.
