Full - Stack and AI / GenAI Engineer - Python

We are looking for an experienced Python Full-Stack and AI/GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, React.js, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and cloud-native application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable full-stack applications and AI-powered solutions. The role involves building enterprise-grade GenAI platforms, REST APIs, data pipelines, RAG solutions, and Agentic AI workflows while contributing to architecture and technical decisions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and lead Python-based full-stack and AI/GenAI applications.
Build scalable REST APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django REST Framework.
Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js .
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, and agentic AI workflows.
Integrate LLMs and GenAI tools into enterprise applications.
Develop data ingestion and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Work with vector databases, embedding models, semantic search, and document processing.
Perform performance tuning and code optimization.
Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
Requirements:
5+ years of overall software development experience preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
Hands-on experience with React.js .
Hands-on experience developing AI/GenAI solutions.
Strong experience in RAG, LLM integration, vector search, and/or agentic AI.
Strong problem-solving and scenario-based troubleshooting skills.
15 years of full-time education required.

DevOps / Engineering: Git, CI/CD, application performance and monitoring, cloud-native application development.
Good-to-Have Skills: Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization, AWS / Azure, Microservices Architecture, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, LlamaIndex, MCP (Model Context Protocol).
