About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager (E) to join our Project & Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery and tracking for a single platform, including governance management, process and infrastructure issue resolution, and project coordination. The candidate will ensure adherence to SOPs, manage stakeholder communication, and support platform-related initiatives. The role may also involve team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute project activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and timelines.
Manage stakeholder communication at Level 1 for platform delivery.
Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for a single platform.
Oversee governance processes and resolve infrastructure and process-related issues.
Provide project support and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
May be responsible for leading a team and managing task allocation.
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensure governance management and compliance across all project activities.
Support internal reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within financial services or technology platforms.
Skills and Attributes
Strong project coordination and execution skills.
Understanding of governance and SOP adherence.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage infrastructure and process issues.
