A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) design team in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire junior talent. You will get hands-on exposure to design work for a large global organisation from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the design team on everyday requests, learning how a large organisation builds and maintains its visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Design
Create presentation decks, internal graphics, and marketing assets from briefs
Resize and adapt existing designs across formats and channels
Prepare clean, export-ready files following brand specs
Learning & Support
Apply brand and style guidelines consistently across every deliverable
Take feedback from senior designers and iterate quickly
Ideal Candidate Profile
0 to 2 years in design, including internships, with a portfolio
Working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
A good eye, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
A design degree, diploma, or strong self-taught portfolio
Any internship or freelance design experience
Interest in working within a large, structured organisation
