Responsibilities:
Provide
on time service to customers in the assigned area
Provide on
time service to customers in the assigned area, check the service due of the
machines and guide the dealer service team to generate service, spares,
retrofits revenue to ensure aftermarket service revenue generation and customer
satisfaction.
Roles
Objectives
Reduce Overall Customer Complaints Turnaround Time
- Ensure all the calls are attended
and restored within 48 hours of time
- Review manpower at the dealer’s
end based on the machine population
- Ensure all the complaint
calls/service Calls are logged in the CRM
- Ensure that all the machines
commissioned in the field are logged in the CRM
- Followup for Airends, OE Suppliers
to ensure on time restoration
- Ensure that all the reimbursements
for the dealers are cleared on time
- Escalate the specific problem
faced in the machine to the product team for corrective actions
- Conduct periodic training for
Dealer Service Engineers / Co-ordinators on troubleshooting, CRM and proper
installation
- Ensure all the machines are
commissioned are as per ELGi Standards and no installation complaints are
onserved within 180 days
- Conduct periodic audit of machines
to ensure proper commissioning
AMC retention
- Adhere to visit schedule for AMC
Machines. (LEPSAC, OFSAC & Corporate AMC)
- Providing Customer Service
experience with no breakdowns, Value added benefits and retaining the
customer
- Provide leads to Aftermarket
spares team for retrofits & valve Kits
- Ensure all the AMC
Visits for the dealer machines are attended on time
- Review monthly plans
for the dealer team (Plan vs adherence) and ensure proper enquiry execution
and quotation
