About the Role
The Lead Projects – Credit Card (Emerging Tech) is responsible for identifying and implementing emerging technologies in the payments landscape. This role involves liaising with FinTech players, networks, and solution providers to deliver best-in-class solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role holder will manage end-to-end project implementation, including evaluation, requirement gathering, testing, and resolution of production issues, to enhance customer experience and maintain competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Understand the changing landscape of payments and identify emerging technologies with relevant use cases.
Implement new payment and communication channels to enhance customer experience.
Liaise with FinTech players, networks, and solution providers to deliver innovative solutions.
Ensure stakeholder needs are fulfilled during implementation, adhering to regulatory compliance.
Leverage industry data, market research, and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.
Implement projects in tokenization, QR payments, and digital banking channels.
Evaluate business cases and implement solutions with stakeholder alignment.
Prepare business requirement documents covering business, regulatory, operations, and risk aspects.
Define functional and non-functional requirements for product launches and enhancements.
Manage end-to-end program/project delivery with support from technology and partners.
Conduct testing to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Recommend new products and technologies to maintain competitive positioning.
Provide optimized solutions to minimize ecosystem changes and reduce cost and time.
Resolve production issues impacting customers and ensure root causes are addressed.
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support other program implementations dependent on core applications.
Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the credit card lifecycle.
Facilitate customer-centric channels to provide seamless customer experience.
Support business in implementing technology and process solutions.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate – Any (Full Time)
Postgraduate – MBA
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in implementing emerging technologies in the payments industry.
Experience in managing projects related to tokenization, QR payments, and digital banking channels.
Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of emerging payment technologies and industry trends.
Ability to manage end-to-end project implementation and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
