Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai

As a Human Resources (HR) intern with JSW One Platforms Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR operations. Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Manage exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
Handle employee grievances promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Maintain accurate attendance records and assist with monitoring and managing employee schedules.
Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
