The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Marketing Consultant who can build a go-to-market strategy the founding team can execute against. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Consultant, you will build the company's first structured go-to-market strategy, working directly with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Positioning
Assess current marketing performance and identify the biggest growth levers
Build positioning, messaging, and channel strategy recommendations
Size opportunities with data before recommending where to invest
Execution Support
Support campaign planning and briefing for internal or agency teams
Set up tracking and reporting so impact is measurable, not anecdotal
Present recommendations and results to marketing leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years in marketing strategy, brand consulting, or growth marketing roles
Strong grip on positioning, channel strategy, and marketing analytics
Comfortable presenting a data-backed recommendation to leadership
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across both brand and performance marketing
Exposure to marketing analytics or attribution tooling
