About the Company
A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire full stack developers to build across its product surface. You will move fluidly between frontend and backend to ship complete features. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will build user-facing features end to end, from database schema and API through to a polished, responsive UI.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend & Backend Development
Build responsive UIs in a modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
Design and implement the APIs and data models that power those UIs
Own a feature from technical design through to deployment and monitoring
Feature Delivery
Work with product and design to translate requirements into working software
Write automated tests across the frontend and backend layers
Fix bugs and performance issues reported by users or monitoring tools
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years building both frontend and backend components of a web application
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript plus a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java)
Comfort owning a feature end to end, from data model to deployed UI
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a component library or design system
Exposure to cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines
A portfolio of shipped consumer- or business-facing products
