Flexiple has partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company to build out its founding India revenue-analytics function, and you would be one of the first data hires shaping how finance decisions get made. The company has crossed its Series C and is scaling into new markets every quarter. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Financial Data Analyst, you will own the data behind ARR, churn, and unit economics, building the queries and dashboards the founders and finance team lean on every week.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Metrics Data
Build and maintain SQL models for ARR, churn, and cohort data
Reconcile billing and subscription data against the general ledger
Automate recurring board and investor-metric reports
Dashboards and Insight
Build self-serve dashboards for revenue, retention, and CAC payback
Partner with founders and finance to answer ad-hoc growth questions
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 5 years in financial analysis, RevOps, or data analytics
Strong SQL skills and comfort with a modern BI tool
Exposure to SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, or LTV
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with dbt, Looker, or a similar modern data stack
Prior work at an early-stage or growth-stage SaaS company
