About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience to lead our MIS & Financial Reporting function. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP), month-end close, audit management, and internal controls. The Candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
What you will do
Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / US Standard, IFRS and Companies Act requirements
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports
Drive closure of books as per management defined timelines and improve month-end closing processes
Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other regulatory audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
Identify process gaps, assess risks, and implement corrective actions
Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain management dashboards, segment-wise reporting, and cost centre analysis
Track and report departmental performance, cost optimization initiatives, and efficiency metrics through department-level MIS
Oversee the general ledger (GL) process to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting
Perform the Balance sheet review and reconciliation.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives in MIS and R2R functions
Conduct analytical reviews of financial results to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights
What we need
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–8 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, MIS, audits, and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
Sound technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and the Companies Act
Experience in multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation
Strong understanding of Internal Financial Controls (IFC), risk management, and corporate governance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite/SAP/Oracle), and financial reporting tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with the capability to work across business functions
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
