Job Title: Functional Tester

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manual Tester with a strong background in Manual Testing to lead our project initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and a solid understanding of manual testing processes to ensure that all project outcomes meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Implement and oversee manual testing processes to ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
Mandatory Skills
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Manual Testing methodologies and processes.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automated testing tools and practices.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
