You will own the app experience for millions of users who already know the brand. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Mobile Product Manager, you will own the iOS and Android product experience - shaping the roadmap, sweating the details of the app, and using engagement data to make the mobile journey better release after release.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Roadmap
Own the roadmap for the iOS and Android apps
Define features and flows with design and engineering
Plan releases around app-store cycles and rollouts
Experience & Growth
Track engagement, retention, crashes, and store ratings
Run experiments to improve activation and retention
Obsess over performance, usability, and the small details
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years in product, with hands-on mobile product experience
A strong feel for mobile UX and consumer behaviour
Comfort with analytics, experimentation, and store mechanics
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience shipping a consumer app at scale
Familiarity with mobile analytics such as Firebase or Amplitude
Exposure to a global or consumer brand
