About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven finance professional to join our P2P team. As
Manager – Finance , you will own the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring that
vendor payments are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with statutory and
internal requirements. You will play a key role in month-end close activities, internal controls,
and book closing
What You'll Do
Own the complete invoice lifecycle — from receipt and validation through to accounting entries and payment execution
Ensure all AP accruals and provisions are accurately booked ahead of month-end and year-end close
Prepare vendor account reconciliations and supporting schedules as part of the monthly close process
Manage vendor queries, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution; proactively clear advances and debit balances
Review and approve vendor payments in alignment with agreed payment terms and cash flow plans
Ensure correct application of TDS, GST, and other applicable statutory deductions on all transactions
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Identify and drive opportunities for automation, process standardisation, and control improvements
Maintain strict adherence to internal financial policies, audit standards, and control frameworks
Partner with cross-functional teams — including Procurement, Treasury, and Business units — to enable seamless P2P operations
What We're Looking For
Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay cycle and core accounting principles
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
