About the Company
A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its costing team. You will help leadership understand the true cost of running global shared-services operations. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Cost Accountant, you will own service and process costing, analyse variances, and give the business clear visibility into the cost of delivering shared services.
Key Responsibilities
Costing & Allocation
Maintain standard costs and cost allocations across shared-service functions
Track and analyse cost per transaction and cost per FTE
Reconcile cost centres to the general ledger
Variance & Analysis
Run variance analysis on labour, overhead, and vendor spend
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-efficiency reviews
Surface cost-saving opportunities for global stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years in cost accounting or FP&A-adjacent roles
Strong grasp of costing methods, allocations, and variances
Hands-on with an ERP costing module and spreadsheets
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
CMA, CA Inter, or an equivalent costing qualification
Experience in a GCC, shared-services, or multinational environment
Exposure to standard costing in an SAP or Oracle environment
