Giving inputs for CAPEX and expense budgets with respect to security installations, colonies, guest houses and monitoring their implementation
Implementingcost savingin terms ofrepair and maintenance of colony infrastructure, guest housesthrough improvement of efficienciesand cost saving measures without affective quality of service

Overseeingmanagement of spares and consumables in areas under jurisdiction to optimise working capital
Overseeing implementation of manpower plan and optimum contractual security deploymentacross the bauxite mines in Chhattisgarh to improve profitability

Providingsecurity to all mines under jurisdiction to ensure uninterrupted operations, vehicle and manpower movement without any loss of life and property
