Senior Executive - Loyalty

The role will support the loyalty team in managing partnerships, executing campaigns, managing daily operations, assisting with contract processes, and conducting industry research to enhance program performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of loyalty campaigns and initiatives with non-airline partners.
Maintain and update daily MIS reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with partners for campaign approvals, creatives, and performance tracking.
Support the preparation and review of partnership contracts and documentation.
Conduct research and benchmarking to identify loyalty trends and best practices across sectors like Airlines, Retail, Banking, and Travel.
Track and report campaign performance metrics, including member acquisition and revenue impact.
Ensure timely delivery of partner commitments and internal deliverables.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new partnership ideas and engagement strategies.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 of relevant experience in loyalty marketing, partnerships, or campaign execution.
Exposure to contract processes and industry research preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
