Role Description The FTL Sales and Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading branch operations and driving FTL sales performance. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and negotiating rates and service agreements for FTL shipments. The role oversees branch staff, assigns responsibilities, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to company policies and service standards. The manager coordinates with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of trucks and loads, resolves service issues, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also involves tracking sales and operational metrics, preparing periodic reports, and implementing strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and branch efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in FTL logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in a sales or branch leadership role.
Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to generate new business, manage key accounts, and meet sales targets.
Solid leadership and people-management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with internal teams and external clients.
Ability to analyze operational and financial data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with standard office software and basic CRM or logistics management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
