PC Lifecycle Management :
Provision of End User Computing (EUC) Front Desk, Deskside and Office Field Support services including:
Walk-in and service desk request fulfilment.
IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) activities.
85% windows 11 and 15% MAC
New hire device preparation, provisioning, and deployment.
Device break-fix support and troubleshooting.
Hardware replacement and warranty coordination.
Device recovery and asset collection during offboarding activities.
CMDB and asset inventory updates.
Compliance with SACM processes and asset governance requirements.
Support for Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
Basic administration and support activities related to Microsoft Intune managed devices.
Physical onsite support across Client office locations.
Work model: 5 days from office (Mon–Fri), 9 hours on‑site (includes 1‑hour break). Role requires strong communication skills, customer‑experience orientation, flexibility to work in shifts, and comfort with both system‑based and field work.
