About the Company
The bank has partnered with Flexiple to hire an SAP Consultant who can support finance modules under strict change-control discipline. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As an SAP Consultant, you will configure and support finance-module processes, working within a formal change-control framework.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Rollout
Configure SAP modules to match business process requirements
Support blueprint, testing, and go-live phases of module rollouts
Write functional specifications for custom developments
Support & Optimisation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by business users post-go-live
Identify process gaps and recommend configuration or process fixes
Document configuration decisions for future reference
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years configuring or supporting SAP in at least one core module (FI/CO, MM, SD, or similar)
Solid understanding of the business processes the module supports
Comfortable working directly with business users to gather requirements
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
SAP certification in a relevant module
Experience on at least one full implementation or major upgrade
