Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects, working closely with senior team members from concept through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting in design development, coordinating details, and helping compile presentations and client deliverables. The role involves collaborating with consultants, tracking design changes, and supporting basic project management tasks such as documentation and meeting notes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular coordination with the project team and participation in reviews and site visits as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess core Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration-related skills to work effectively with digital tools and coordinate design information across platforms.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as basic planning, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), with strong visualization and presentation abilities.
Candidates should have a recognized degree in Architecture and an understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, time management, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
