Role Description
The Creo Trainer Mechanical role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The trainer will conduct structured training sessions on Creo for mechanical engineering learners, including lectures, software demonstrations, and supervised lab exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, designing practical projects, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also involves updating training content to align with industry standards, supporting placement activities through skill development, and collaborating with other trainers to ensure consistent quality in technical education.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Creo (Parametric) for mechanical design, including part modeling, assembly, and drafting.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of core mechanical engineering concepts such as machine design, CAD/CAM fundamentals, and manufacturing processes.
Candidates should possess effective training and instructional skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using engineering software tools beyond Creo (e.g., other CAD platforms or simulation tools) to enhance learning outcomes.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate diverse groups of learners.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with prior teaching or industry experience, would be beneficial.
Experience in industrial projects, exposure to current mechanical design practices, and familiarity with placement or career development support would be an added advantage.
