## Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar and appointments.
- Coordinate domestic & international travel, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow-up action trackers.
- Draft professional emails, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and executive communications.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Organize leadership meetings, events, and client visits.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Manage reimbursements and executive expenses.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects.
## Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Directors, MDs, or CXOs, preferably in MNCs or reputed organizations.
- Strong professional English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including MIS and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills.

## Additional Requirements
- Domestic + international travel management experience.
- High level of confidentiality due to promoter / CXO-level access.

- CTC expected between 5-7 LPA.
- Female candidates preferred.
