🔥 Chief Growth Officer (CGO) — Co-Founder
As CGO, you will take ownership of the company’s growth engine and play a key role in driving revenue.
Key responsibilities:
• Own client acquisition and revenue growth
• Develop and execute business development strategies
• Build strategic partnerships and sales channels
• Identify and create new growth opportunities
• Develop scalable sales and acquisition systems
• Track growth metrics and continuously improve performance
• Work directly with the founders on company strategy and expansion
📈 Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — Co-Founder
As CMO, you will own the company’s marketing direction and help build a strong, scalable brand.
Key responsibilities:
• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy
• Define brand positioning and market presence
• Lead performance, content, social media and digital marketing
• Build high-converting acquisition funnels
• Develop scalable marketing systems and processes
• Drive customer acquisition and brand growth
• Work closely with the CGO and founding team to align marketing with revenue
👤 Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in their respective domain
• Strong leadership and execution skills

• Ability to contribute significant time and effort
💼 Equity-Based Founding Opportunity
Equity: 15% for each position
These are equity-based founding-team opportunities.
We will not hire for these positions on a fixed-salary basis. These roles are designed for individuals who want significant ownership and want to build long-term value with the company.
There will be no fixed salary initially, and these positions are not intended to become conventional salary-based roles.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are comfortable contributing meaningful time, expertise, leadership, and execution in exchange for significant equity ownership.
