Role Description The Technical Trainer Intern role at PPStack is a full-time, remote position focused on delivering engaging and effective technical training to learners across various programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design and delivery of training sessions, assisting in the creation of learning materials, and adapting technical concepts into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences. The intern will help facilitate live virtual workshops, track learner progress, and provide feedback to improve training outcomes. This role also involves collaborating with training and curriculum teams to refine learning modules, incorporate learner feedback, and stay aligned with evolving industry standards. The Technical Trainer Intern is expected to be proactive, organized, and committed to continuous learning in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Training & Development, with an interest in instructional design and learning facilitation.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Training skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, learner-friendly manner.
Familiarity with EdTech platforms, online teaching tools, or virtual classroom environments is beneficial.
Foundational knowledge in one or more technical domains (e.g., AI, Python, data science, cloud, or related fields) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are important.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, information technology, education, or a related field is an advantage.
Demonstrated interest in training, mentoring, or tutoring, and a passion for learner success is highly valued.
