Role Description
Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences with attention to detail and presentation.
Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a warm and professional service experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly using POS systems or manual methods.
Provide menu recommendations, explain specials, and upsell when appropriate.
Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure accuracy of service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and dining areas in line with hygiene standards.
Manage stock and supplies in assigned areas and minimize waste.
Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
Report maintenance issues, low supplies, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies, using protective equipment and safe work practices at all times.
Handle equipment and chemicals responsibly and ensure safe storage and usage.
Support fellow team members and perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
Knowledge of food & beverage offerings and basic food service practices.
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Basic understanding of cooking or food preparation processes is an advantage.
Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality settings preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
