Role Description The Human Resources Manager internship at Beyond Beleaf is an on-site role based in Chennai. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and orientation processes. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and attendance documentation, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. The intern will help organize training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications, while responding to basic employee queries and escalating issues when necessary. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR administration, talent management, and workplace culture, with guidance from senior HR and management staff.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational HR knowledge, including familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding, and basic HR policies.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess basic data handling and computer skills, including proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations).
Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, demonstrating discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in learning HR best practices, labor standards, and employee engagement strategies within an on-site work environment is beneficial.
