Job Responsibilities
Handle international customer calls professionally.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries.
Communicate effectively with international clients over voice calls.
Maintain proper call quality and follow company processes.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
Maintain professionalism and deliver a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Comfortable speaking with international customers.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Candidates must have their own laptop.
Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
